I miss Auntie Sues!!

Preston and Spencer have both adjusted well to our new house and everything that goes with that, including "don't bug daddy he is studying". However, they enjoyed Canada and Auntie Sues more then I thought. Almost everyday now Preston will out of now where say "I miss Auntie Sues" or "I want to see the Dinosaurs at Auntie Sues" or "why can't we walk to the store like when we were at Auntie Sues". He also has started talking about when the snow will get here, I don't have the heart to tell him that winter will be a little bit different this year.
I also miss Canada and Auntie Sues. I miss taking long, very hot showers in Sues really cool bathroom. I miss Canada street meat. I miss Auntie Sues, but mostly I miss having a cleaning lady. I remember how much I hate moping floors!!

No Pictures

Garett got a new desk. He said he can't study at home unless he had a good place to study. I quickly went out and got him a desk. I love when he is home. However, because he needs all the room in the world to study he took down our computer and has decided that we use our laptops instead, makes senses, except my labtop is not working right (what you get when you only pay $200) so we sent it in to be repaired. So that is why I haven't been posting and why I don't have any pictures up.
But....
Today my labtop is here and working so no excuses. I just have to remember how to use it.

Music

I don't know what it is about Winston-Salem but it seems like every time I am in the car I hear the song, "Play that funky music white boy". Preston is really into listen to song and singing so every now and then I will hear him on his play piano singing "Play that funky music white boy". It is really funny.

We need a new Spencer

I don't know when I said it or why or even if I said it at all but Preston now says it often. Whenever Spencer is crying or won't share, Preston says that we need to go get a new Spencer. As if I could return him to the store and get one that is not broken. He has said the same thing about Daddy when he is studying to much or when he leave his shoes in the middle of the floor (Preston isn't a freak about cleanliness but he likes things in order). He has said it once about Salta when she snapped at him (he was bugging her). However, I am so honored to say that he has never said it about Mommy. I not replaceable!!!

Preston is Potty Trained

I've been waiting to announce it officially until he really proved himself. I don't know why but I thought that if he could poop in the toilet 12 times with out a pooping accident then I would call him potty trained. Yes, he still had the accident on Sunday but none the less, Preston is Potty Trained.

Viewer Discretion Advised!!!

This Picture was taken right after he had his first poop in the toilet, his face is so classic and just so filled with pride I had to put it on here. However, we accidentally got to much in the picture if you know what I mean. I asked Garett if he could "Doctor" it up for me and this is what he came up with. I don't know who to be more embrassed for; him for how he fixed the picture or me for putting it on my blog.

Who needs little girls...

Everybody has to agree that the best part about having little girls is getting to dress them up (and maybe the fact that they are less destructive). Well I was raised that on Sunday you get dressed up in your "Sunday Best". I don't think I did that great of a job while I was a teenager but the whole idea was put into my head and so I really do go all out on Sunday (Shower, hair and makeup, wow huh). I am trying to pass this down to my kids. I spend the most money on their Sunday clothes (it is all on clearance but still more then a dollar). So anyway back to the point. I totally get to play dress up with my boys on Sunday. I pick out their outfits, I do their hair, match their shoes and belts. They look like very handsome angels when we are all done.

I don't usually match them (I do, do things that are similar) but these where given to me and they are so cute and funny. Notice the hair.

I swear I didn't push them!

The boys took up a new hobby---Falling down. I think they are doing it on purpose so that they can have bandaids. Here are their battle wounds. These pictures are a few days old and lots of neosporin later.

Preston's knee- fell down the stairs going to our backyard

Preston's face-fell down at park because he was running, he was running because he was excited about going potty in a urinal.
Spencer's arm- Fell down the same steps that Preston fell down about 10 minutes later

Spencer's Chin- This is a never ending swore, every time he falls, he lands on this exact spot. His chin now slopes downwards toward the right. We are hoping that this fixes itself over time.

This picture doesn't show any wounds but I just wanted to show you all that our boys are still happy, so please don't call CPS
